Portree offers a wide choice of places to eat, including cafes, a vegetarian restaurant, various takeaways, a fish restaurant and pubs, some of which provide live music during the Summer, again all within easy walking distance of Braeside.

Braeside is run by Judith and Philip Maughan with a little help from their dog Midge. Judith and Philip are outdoor enthusiasts and have an extensive knowledge of the Scottish Highlands and Islands which they'd be happy to share with you.
