CANCELATION & REFUNDS POLICY
When we take your booking we are agreeing to reserve the room or rooms for you, to the exclusion of all others, for the dates you request. In return we rely on guests who have made bookings in advance to give us fair notice of cancellation.
Should you wish to cancel your reservation prior to arrival, we have a strict 48 hours notice policy.
In the event of not being notified of a cancellation, the first night's accommodation will automatically be charged to your credit card.
We ask that cancellations are made as soon as possible. Cancellations can be made by telephone but must always be confirmed in writing, by e-mail, letter or through the booking agent, Booking.com, Laterooms, etc.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Please note that no refunds are given in the event of early check outs and the full amount of the original booking remains payable, otherwise sanctioned at the discretion of the hotel manangement.
