CANCELATION & REFUNDS POLICY
When we take your booking we are agreeing to reserve the room or rooms for you, to the exclusion of all others, for the dates you request. In return we rely on guests who have made bookings in advance to give us fair notice of cancellation.
From the time of booking until 7 days prior to the arrival date: no cancellation fees will be applied
No refunds will be given if we have not received 7 days notice, 100% of the reservation fee applies
In case of no-shows or early departures, all lost nights will be charged as cancellation fees.
Please contact us should you need to cancel your reservation.
We ask that cancellations are made as soon as possible. Cancellations can be made by telephone but must always be confirmed in writing, by e-mail, letter or through the booking agent, Booking.com, Laterooms, etc.
Please note that no refunds are given in the event of early check outs and the full amount of the original booking remains payable, otherwise sanctioned at the discretion of the hotel manangement.
